We’re on a good trend. We’re up to day 8 of talking to my 11-year-old about God before bed using this app. – Like a lot of kids, she’d rather talk then go to bed, she’d rather be on a screen than talk. So each night we’ve opened up the New City Catechism app, going through the questions, talking about the answers, reading scripture and praying the prayer.

AND then I’ll let her read the theological part before screen time is officially over. It’s not easy reading (Wesley, J.C. Ryle, Edwards Baxter, etc) but it makes her think. We’ll see how far we get, but I’m enjoying this for the moment. –
